Hello {{full_name}} ,

Try this right now. Open ChatGPT or Muse and type: “Who’s a good real estate agent in [your city]?”

Read the names. You’ll probably see agents with a ton of consistent, specific content about their area, and you’ll probably see a few names you’ve never heard of who got cited anyway.

What you likely won’t see is yourself. That’s not because you’re bad at your job. It’s because AI search runs on a different set of rules than Google did, and almost nobody has explained those rules to agents in plain English.

So here’s the demystified version. AI models recommend what they can read and verify. They pull from your website, your Google Business Profile, your video transcripts, your market posts, and how often other sources connect your name to a place. If your online presence is a headshot, a bio, and a feed full of “Just Sold” graphics with no words on them, the machine has nothing to work with. If you publish a monthly market report for your neighborhood, in your voice, with real numbers, the machine starts treating you as the local authority. It really is that mechanical. Nobody’s gatekeeping it. Most agents just haven’t been shown how to do it without hiring a team.

That’s what we build in the workshops. In one session you set up the structure that makes you readable to AI search. In another, you take your local market data and turn it into a video, edited and captioned, using Claude, no editor on payroll. In another you build the local content calendar that keeps feeding it. Same laptop, same hour, done live, recorded if you miss it.

James, a member in Dallas, told me the workshop saved him 10 hours a week on content alone, and he added “not exaggerating” because he knew I’d ask. Marvin in Long Beach said he finally understood how to actually use AI in his referral type business instead of just playing with it. That’s the whole point. Playing with AI is cheap. Using it is what moves listings.

Still $25 a month. 93% of members stick around, which tells you more than I could.

Tomorrow I’ll answer the question I get most: “Tristan, I’m not technical. Is this going to be over my head?” Short answer is no. Long answer tomorrow.
