Saturday night. 9:47pm. A text comes in.

“Hey, we want to see these 7 homes tomorrow.”

Every agent reading this knows what happens next. You open seven listings. You find seven listing agents. You call, text, wait, call again. You map the route so you’re not driving Calabasas to Malibu and back to Calabasas. You send the buyers the schedule. You send the showing instructions. Then on Monday you chase seven feedback requests that half of them never answer.

That’s three to four hours of your life. Not selling. Not prospecting. Not with your family. Logistics.

One of our coaches, Mark Witte, got tired of it. So he built an AI agent that does the whole thing. He drops in the addresses and the agent reaches out to the listing agents, books the showings, builds the route, sends instructions to the showing agent and the buyers on the tour, and then automatically collects feedback afterward. He described it to me as magic. I pushed back on him, because I’ve seen a lot of “magic” that only works for the person who built it.

So I asked him the only question that matters. Could someone brand new to this follow along?

He said yes, and then he did something I respect. He didn’t say “I’ll just show it to them.” He said he’d start at true 101. First he’ll walk everyone through setting up their own AI chief of staff and connecting their services, the bare minimum to get up and running. Then he’ll build the showing agent one piece at a time and explain what each piece is doing and why. You get the exact prompt structure, the files he uses, and the step by step. Nothing hidden behind “I’ll send that later.”

There is one piece of homework. To let the agent send texts on your behalf, you’ll need to finish a quick registration step in the texting tool. It’s paperwork, not programming, and Mark will tell you exactly what to do. I’d rather tell you that now than have you find out mid-session.

This is what we’re teaching in the ABT AI Workshop this week. Not a theory session. Not a “here’s what AI could do someday” keynote. A working agent that gives you your Saturday nights back, built in front of you, by an agent who uses it in his own business.

The Workshop is $25 a month or $199 for the year. That’s less than one hour of the time this single agent saves you in a week.

Bring your seven addresses.
