A Marriage at Sea by Sophie Elmhirst. It's the true story of a couple shipwrecked in the Pacific, stuck together on a tiny raft for almost four months. It's not my all-time favorite, but it's an easy, fun read about the human spirit and what people are capable of when there's no option but to keep going. Sometimes you just want a good story told well, and this one delivers.

The weight of responsibility, the decisions nobody sees you make, the pressure that doesn't have anywhere to go. If you lead a team or run a business, you already know this feeling. Worth your time.

Founders Podcast with David Senra. — His latest one on Jony Ive and the genius behind Apple's greatest products is so good I already shared it with two other CEOs. Senra reads a biography a week and pulls out the ideas you can actually use. If you want to think like the best builders in history, this is the fastest way I know.
